  • Holistic life charting is an 6-week (or 6 session) programme designed to guide you towards a happier, more fulfilling and purposeful life. It’s aimed to improve your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

    The programme blends tools used in holistic counseling as well as astrology and intuition.

    The purpose of life charting is to guide you closer to self-actualisation

    Week 1 starts with an assessment chart that helps you review your needs, how they are being met now and the plans for having your needs met. We focus on life areas of: home, health, family, love, finances, career friendship, leisure/fun, creativity, community and spirituality.

    In the Week 2 we continue to understand deeper structures of the needs that are being met (the life areas you’re completely satisfied with) and needs not being met (the life areas that you would like to improve). We incorporate astrology and intuition as we dive deeper into two out of four of the main pillars of life (self & partnerships/love).

    Week 3 continues to build understanding around the other two pillars of life (home/family and career) and your needs in these areas. In this consultation we can chart your financial needs and dive into sources of abundance, wealth and growth. The aim of this session is to build your understanding about the ways in which your place of work can bring more financial security.

    In Week 4 we will discuss your creative endeavours and fun. If you have felt like your life is all work and no play, then this is a great session for you to learn to incorporate more fun and joy. We will explore which hobbies you may want to get involved in and how to express yourself more authentically.

    During Week 5 session we will discuss the themes of community and friendships.     Week 6 is for spirituality and purpose. This session goes beyond the body, mind and spirit, as it will tackle the subconscious mechanisms, past life experiences and the cellular baggage you may carry. We will discuss what needs to be released for the ultimate empowerment and liberation. This session is not just about your personal evolution, but also about the evolution of your soul. It is the final session that will tie the loose ends and to share what has been integrated in the last 6 weeks.
