What Tarot offers

Today, most people see Tarot as a form of divination or ‘fortune-telling’. But the history of Tarot goes back as far as fifteenth century and is regarded as one of the oldest divination practices.

The practice stems from a natural desire to know, in advance, what is going to happen. People who seek advice from Tarot often feel that everything is connected, everything has a meaning and nothing occurs at random.

Using Tarot as a divination technique not only provides clear messages but it also paints a whole picture - a story - of a particular situation or a moment in life. The detail of Tarot readings can give a lot of information about an individual and life in general, as each card embodies an archetype.

The symbolism in Tarot aims to increase our awareness and open important meanings. No card is good or bad except in the context of the moment. Tarot reading gives each person an opportunity to renew their instinctive feelings towards oneself or the picture.

…(tarot is) an intuitive method that has the purpose of understanding the flow of life, possibly even predicting future events, at all events lending itself to the reading of the conditions of the present moment.
